note about online image quality:
In order to keep web pages loading quickly and smoothly, all of the images I have posted anywhere online have been shrunk to meet file size requirements. This results in images looking blurry, grainy, or compressed while on the phone or computer screen. Rest assured that my fine art prints are produced from extremely high-definition image files and will be printed with an outstanding level of detail, far beyond the level of detail viewable on a computer screen.
return policy:
In nearly 5 years of producing fine art prints, I can proudly say that I have never had a customer that was unhappy with a print. Because each print is produced to order, returns are not accepted unless under extraordinary conditions. If a return is approved, the buyer will be responsible for covering shipping costs and will be charged a 20% restocking fee before a refund is issued.
